In Guided sessions, an instructor guides you through both the cold water baths and the sauna as well as breathwork, mobility, and targeted stretching.

In Self-Guided sessions, you will have the autonomy to create a structure that is best suited for your body. Tailor-made protocols are available for some added support through our mobile app.
